Would you like to volunteer with children?
Whilst gaining work experience and new skills?
Or are you looking for volunteers?
We can help!
Our Play Volunteer Development Officer, Paul Booth, can help you find out all you need to know about volunteering with children in play settings such as play schemes and holiday clubs.
In addition, Paul can find you a great volunteering opportunity - whether you’re looking for regular volunteer work or you’d like to help out at one-off events, every now and then.
Paul can also help organisations and community groups to find volunteers.
As part of his role, Paul is developing a Play Work Volunteers’ Guide for organisations and community groups - aimed at helping them get the best out of their volunteers - together with a training guide and support with training.
Paul has also set up a steering group to develop play work volunteering throughout Nottingham. If you would like to join Paul’s steering group please feel free to get in touch.
